Fitness Content That Respects Your Intelligence
Fat2Fit exists because most fitness blogs are generic, unqualified, and completely disconnected from how South Asian professionals actually live and eat.
Our Mission
Fat2Fit was built for one specific person: the South Asian professional who sits at a desk for nine hours, grabs dal-chawal for dinner, gets maybe four nights of decent sleep, and has been told their entire life that Western fitness advice simply "doesn't work for them."
That advice isn't working because it was never designed for them. The macro ratios, the meal plans, the workout schedules — all calibrated for a different body type, food culture, and lifestyle. South Asian populations carry metabolic risk differently. The fitness industry largely ignores this. We don't.
Our goal is simple: take the same evidence-based sports science and nutrition research used by elite athletes and translate it for someone who has 30 minutes, a modest kitchen, and a preference for roti over rice cakes.
What We Stand For
Evidence-Based Only
Every claim is backed by peer-reviewed research or established sports science. We cite sources. We do not publish fads.
Built for Real Life
No six-hour gym sessions. No $300 supplement stacks. We write for people with desk jobs, long commutes, and family commitments.
South Asian Perspective
Most fitness content ignores South Asian dietary norms, body composition differences, and cultural context. We do not.
